Procedure:
Add to water: ABIL ME 45, Surfac DL, Saliguard PBC, Aloe Gel 1:1,
Amalaki and Dragon Fruit Extract, with continuous stirring between each
addition. Ensure each phase has been fully dissolved between each addition.
Premix Mongongo oil, Coconut oil and Mega Peach with Tegosolve 61 and
add to batch with stirring. Check pH.

Procedure:
Add Part A in main vessel and heat to 85°C with moderate propeller mixing.
Heat Part B to 85°C. Mix well and continue heating until clear and uniform.
Add Part C to Part B, then add Parts B and C to Part A with fast propeller
mixing. Continue propeller mixing while cooling batch to 50°C. Add Part D
ingredients, one at a time, to batch with moderate propeller mixing. (Batch will
begin to thicken at temperature below 45°C). Cool batch while propeller mixing
at fast speed while side sweeping until batch reaches 35°C to 40°C. Drop batch
immediately.

homogenous at 55°C. Add to Part A and mix until homogenous. Cool to 40°C.
