People in the News become President of its Asia Pacific Division on May 1. Bourque will succeed Jozef Salaerts, who will retire in the second quarter of 2016. Bourque will be based in Singapore and will report to Timothy Donahue, Crown’s President & CEO. Bourque is being promoted from his current position as Senior VP of Crown Beverage Packaging, China and Hong Kong. DuPont has named Randy Stone as president of its Performance Materials business effective immediately, succeeding Patrick Lindner who has resigned from the company. Stone will report to DuPont Executive Vice President Marc Doyle. Pascal Houdayer, currently Corporate Senior VP in the Laundry & Home Care business unit, was appointed member of the Henkel Management Board as of March 1. He will succeed Hans Van Bylen as Executive VP for the Beauty Care business as of May 1. Effective the same day, Hans Van Bylen will become CEO of Henkel. Van Bylen will succeed Kasper Rorsted, who will leave the company on April 30. Houdayer joined Henkel in 2011 and is responsible for the International Marketing of the Home Care business. Before joining Henkel he held various international management positions at Procter & Gamble in Europe, North Africa and the U.S. in the Laundry and Home Care business, as well as Body Care. Stéphane Rinderknech was appointed CEO of L’Oréal China. In addition, he will continue to head the Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal China. He became VP of L’Oréal China in 36 Spray April 2016 charge of the Luxe Division in June 2011 before taking the helm of the Consumer Products Division at the beginning of 2015. Rinderknech succeeds Alexis Perakis-Valat who continues to be in charge of the Asia Pacific zone as Executive VP and member of L’Oréal's Executive Committee, based in Shanghai. The International Federation of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC) appointed Mary Lynn Halland as Secretary General in the new IFSCC New York City offices.
