The Human Resources Leader will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for all areas and business units (value streams). In this role, you will utilize experience and expertise to help solve problems, develop and execute strategy deployment objectives and have the ability to affect short and long-term business goals. Essential Role and Responsibilities · Lead our organization in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, staffing, compensation, and organization change / effectiveness. · Support continuous improvement processes (Lean), including RIE (Rapid Improvement Event) initiatives, planning, and facilitation; staffing and organizational depth. · Provide cultural leadership for the development and execution of organization vision and structure, including development and execution of a communication plan to ensure that effective two-way communication is effective enterprise wide. · Assure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development · Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities · Act as an employee advocate · Identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates; facilitate screening, testing and selection of applicants with management · Be responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications and management coaching · Partner with business leaders on multiple human resource issues (policies, legislation, processes, and practices) · Investigate and provide counsel / advice regarding concerns about contractual issues (when applicable) Qualifications/Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in a human resources position) · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a human resources generalist · Strong oral and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
