QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering. 5 to 8 years of Packaging Engineering experience in the Aerosol, Liquid or other related packaging Industry space. Required Skills/Qualifications: Experience with automated high speed packaging equipment, robotics, packaging materials and components, performance evaluations, conducting distribution challenge testing and CAD drawing experience. Familiar with basic Packaging Engineering designs, test methods, including interpreting the data generated during the testing and the ability to draw conclusions from the data, recommend package design changes that might resolve deficiencies in the original package design. Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management.
