INVENTORS’ CIRCLE Newest Patent Approvals High-Alcohol Foaming Composition U.S. Patent No. 8,940,674 B2 The Clorox Company Deb Worldwide Healthcare Inc., Brantford, CA, patented a composition comprised of an alcohol C1-4, or mixtures thereof, present in an amount greater than or equal to about 60% v/v of the total composition; an effective fluorinated surface active agent for wetting and foaming selected from the group consisting of fluorinated glycerol esters, amine oxides, acetylenic alcohol derivatives, carboxylates, phosphates, carbohydrate derivatives, sulfonates, betaines, esters, polyamides and hydrocarbon surfactants; and water. Manual skin-care product dispenser U.S. Patent No. 8,777,062 B2 Ciavarella, Nick E. Nick E. Ciavarella, Seven Hills, OH, patented a product dispenser that includes a housing with a backplate and a cover that, together, define a reservoir recess. The cover pivots relative to the backplate and is pushed to pivot about a pivot point and actuate a pump. The pivot point is positioned such that the volume of the reservoir recess increases as the pump is actuated to dispense the product. Sunless Tanning Agents U.S. Patent No. 8,821,839 B2 Conopco Conopco has patented a composition that has a sunless tanning agent and an adjuvant for the sunless tanning agent. The adjuvant is comprised of a vicinal primary diamine wherein at least 50% by weight of the vicinal diamine present is not loaded onto a microparticle delivery system, wherein the vicinal diamine comprises 1,2-diamino cyclohexane, and wherein the adjuvant further comprises vitamin E and/or a derivative thereof. 34 Spray June 2015 u
