Fillers of personal care products were especially inundated with orders, said the report. Obituary Owen Rue passed away on July 28 at the age of 84. He was a design engineer and owner/partner of Terco Inc., retiring in 1992. Born in North Dakota in 1930, Rue was the oldest of 17 children. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
