Procedure:
Prepare Part A and heat to 75–80°C. Add Part B under stirring at
70–75°C. Prepare Part C and heat to 75–80°C. Add Part C to Part
AB under stirring at 75–80°C. Homogenize for three minutes at 3,000
rpm. Cool to 40°C under gentle stirring. Add Part D under stirring and
homogenize for one minute. Add Part E under stirring and homogenize
for one minute. Add Parts F, G and H under stirring and homogenize
few seconds as necessary.
Properties (25°C):
Appearance: Shiny white lotion
Viscosity (10 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, T-B, after 24 hours at room temperature,
mPa • s): 3,000–6,000
pH: 3.5–4.0

Description:
This detangling spray is very mild and effective on tangled children’s
or adult hair. The mildness of Amisafe LMA-60 makes this formula
especially suited to small children as it is extremely mild in comparison
to standard quaternary ammonium conditioning agents.

Procedure:
Premix Part B and warm to 45-50°C. Mix until uniform. Add premix
B to Part A slowly with rapid agitation. Heat to 55°C and mix until
completely uniform. Add Part C and cool to 25°C. Adjust pH q.s. to
3.8-4.0 with a 20% Citric Acid Solution.

Stable at room temperature 40°C, 45°C, and three freeze/thaw cycles.
