INVENTORS' CIRCLE Newest Patent Approvals Non-flammable Plastic Aerosol U.S. Patent No. 8,827,112 The Clorox Company The Clorox Co., Oakland, CA, patented a plastic aerosol device having a vapor tap valve orifice and an aqueous product composition containing a non-flammable hydrofluorocarbon propellant and a flammable alcohol solvent. The composition can additionally contain an alcohol co-solvent such as triethylene glycol and a quaternary antibacterial agent. Foaming Oral Cleanser U.S. Patent No. 8,642,017 B2 Orabrush, Inc. Orabrush, Inc., Provo, UT, has patented a method of applying a liquid cleaner to clean the surface of the tongue. It entails obtaining an oral cleaner comprising water, poloxamer 407 as a foaming agent, a sweetener, a flavoring agent, an antimicrobial agent, a preservative and a coloring agent. The oral cleaner is in liquid form prior to being dispensed from a container. It converts to a foam while being dispensed, and returns to a liquid when placed on the tongue. The oral cleaner also contains a biologicallyactive enzyme for breaking down material contained within the grooves in the surface of the tongue. It is comprised of one or more enzymes selected from the group consisting of lysozyme, amylase, amylglucosidase, glucoxidase, serrapeptase, papain and lactoferrin. U.S. Patent No. 8,754,024 Fishman; Michael Michael Fishman, Coral Springs, FL, patented a liquefied-gas aerosol dusting composition for preventing inhalation abuse incidents.
