Mix 20-30 minutes or until evenly dispersed. Heat dispersion with gentle mixing to 75–80°C. Add the remaining ingredients of Part A and mix until dissolved. In a separate vessel, mix ingredients of Part B together and heat to 75–80°C. Mix until dissolved. Add Part B to Part A with vigorous mixing. Mix until uniform. Neutralize batch to pH 7.0–7.3 with Triethanolamine. Cool batch to room temperature with mixing. Adjust batch for any water loss as needed. Add remaining Part C ingredients with mixing. Homogenize batch with Ultra-Turrax homogenizer for 15 to 30 seconds at 6000 rpm. Properties: Appearance:...............................................
