Heat to 80– 85°C with mixing. Add the ingredients in Part B in a suitable vessel and heat at 80–85°C with mixing. Add Part C to Part B and continue mixing (800–1000rpm) until the batch is uniform. Add Parts B and C to Part A with mixing (800–1000rpm) and heat for additional 3–5 minutes. Using Silverson, with emulsor screen and axial flow head, homogenize the mixture at 7000–7500rpm/40–60 seconds. Start cooling the batch while continuing to mix (400–700rpm). Add Part D ingredients one at a time when the temperature is below 60°C. Mix well. Add Part E and mix until uniform. Divide the sodium hydroxide in Part F into three parts. Dissolve one part in water and add the Neo Heliopan AP, mixing well. Add the other two parts one at a time, mixing until the Neo Heliopan AP is completely solubilized. Add the solution prepared mixture of Parts A–E with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add Part G ingredients one at a time, when the temperature is below 35°C. Mix until uniform.
