M&H Plastics, part of the RPC Group of companies, released a new Sigma 300mL pum p bottle. The bottle is suitable for a variety of domestic and commercial products, and includes a lar ge area for labeling and decoration and a 28mm nec k. The new Stigma 300mL adds to an extensive family which includes: 5377: 100mL in HDPE/PP; 5 447: 150 Talc in HDPE/PP with Rotex closure; 5378: 200mL in HDPE/PP; 5C09: 300mL in HDPE/PP; 2096: 500ml in PV C/PCTG/ PETG; and 2138 1000mL in PVC. Replenish Bottling, creators of a ne w format for plastic spray bottles and cont ainers turned to R&D/Leverage for its injection and mold building e xpertise to create reusable bottles designed for consumer mixing. Th e Replenish team required injection molds designed f or highspeed automation to produce six dif ferent parts used in an integrated, leak-proof bottle-interior reservoir design that would appeal to makers of a wide r ange of packaged goods. The bottle features an internal mixing cup th at allows consumers to add concentrate into the bottle, which is then quickly mixed with household tap water. March 2016 Spray 37
