Procedure:
Combine Shellac solution, Glycerin, DC-193 and TEA. Mix using
high-speed disperser until homogenous. Slowly add Bentone
27, calcium carbonate and DGS pigment. Shear mixture at high
speed for 15 minutes to insure 7oz. (196g) can contains 150g
paint mixture, 46g Dymel 152a propellant.

Broad Spectrum Oil-in-Water Sunscreen Lotion Spray SPF 40

Description:
This oil-in-water sunscreen lotion spray provides broad spectrum
sun protection. HallBrite BHB (Butyloctyl Salicylate)
in HallBrite EZ-FLO TDX contributes very good dispersion
for Titanium Dioxide. This formula was subjected to in vitro
analysis and delivered SPF ~43, PFA (PPD) ~18 performance
with critical wavelength 378 nm. Four-hour water resistance is
suggested based on an in-house in vitro method.

Procedure:
Add Part A to the main vessel and start mixing. Slowly add Part B
with strong mixing for 20-30 minutes until dispersed. Heat with
gentle mixing to 60–70°C. Add Part C and mix until dissolved. Add
Part D to a secondary vessel and start mixing. Heat to 60–70°C. Add
Part E and mix until uniform. When both are homogeneous and at
their designated temperatures, add Part DE to Part ABC. Strongly
mix for three minutes, then start cooling. When batch is below 50°C
add Part F with mixing. Replace any water lost and mix until smooth.

pH: 6.5–7.5
Viscosity (20 rpm, Brk, DVII, RV 4, after 24 hours at room temperature;

Lipex PreAct to calm skin after tanning and with Lipex SheaTris to
stimulate skin defense and renewal. Lipex SheaLight creates very low
viscous, sprayable system and acts as solvent for lipophilic bioactives.
