It is adapted to mate with a canister. The outer hollow shell includes at least one rib element. The inner and outer shells are physically interconnected together by at least one rib element. The inner hollow shell includes a base ring member connected by hinge to a pod member. The pod member includes a button support for receiving a button actuator of the canister. Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc., Neenah, WI, has patented a multiphase care system that is comprised of a dispensing unit comprising a first phase formulation capable of providing a first benefit; and a second phase formulation capable of providing a second benefit. The first and second formulations are different formulations that are substantially immiscible and cannot be dispensed from the dispensing unit simultaneously. The first or second formulation is a cleaning formulation comprising a thickener.
