The program includes four suppliers of fragrances to the Household, Industrial and Institutional (HI&I) cleaning markets: Arylessence, Chemia, Givaudan and Sozio. The program will provide customers a full palette of trendy, cost-effective fragrances and streamline the process to meet formulators’ fragrance needs. Firmenich announced that its Naturals Center of Excellence in Grasse, France, achieved certification across all four Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental management system standards. The Grasse site also contributed towards the achievement of Firmenich’s 2015 strategic sustainability goal to certify all of its 25 manufacturing sites worldwide in full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHSA 18001) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001) System Standards. The startup company UNIQUE Fragrance now allows anyone to have a customized perfume scent in a personalized bottle, with over 150 billion possible combinations. The manufacturer of premium perfumes and colognes develops fragrances that are made-to-measure. With more than 95,000 customers, the online concept turns the dream of having an individual perfume into a reality. All fragrances are created in Europe and shipped to the U.S. and worldwide within a few days. Coty confirmed on Jan. 12 that ten Procter & Gamble fragrance licenses will transfer to Coty upon regulatory approval and completion of the merger transaction, including Hugo Boss, Gucci, Lacoste, Bruno Banani, Escada, Mexx, James Bond, Gabriela Sabatini, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen. The licensors of the Dolce & Gabbana and Christina Aguilera Perfumes licenses did not provide their consent within the specified timetable, and in accordance with the transaction agreement and in the interest of staying on track with the transaction, it was agreed that these brands will not transfer upon completion of the merger. Coty continues to anticipate a closure of the transaction in the second half of calendar 2016. Spray
