Personal Care Formulary Anti-Aging Spray SPF 50 (Formula #JZ7-253) Description: This anti-aging spray contains Eurol BT; a multifunctional active ingredient with moisturizing, skin elasticizing, skin lightening and free radical quenching properties to reverse the visible signs of skin aging. Highly protective, SolaStay S1-photostabilized broad spectrum sun protection is also included to resist further aging of the skin. This product was subjected to in vitro analysis and delivered SPF ~55, PFA (PPD) ~22 performance with critical wavelength 375 nm. Shake sample well before use. Add the remaining Part A ingredients in order. Heat to 70°C. Add Part B to a secondary vessel and start mixing. Add Part C ingredients in order. Heat to 70°C. Add Part D, and then add Part E. With both phases homogeneous and at 70°C, add Part BCDE to Part A with stirring. After five minutes, start cooling and homogenize for three minutes. Resume mixing while cooling. At 50°C or lower, very slowly add previously-prepared Part F dispersion. After 20 minutes, add Part G premix, then add Part H ingredients in order. When batch is 35°C or lower, add Part I with mixing. Replace any water lost to evaporation and mix until smooth. Perform quality assurance checks and package product.
