Zink
Precision Global, manufacturer of aerosol
valves, actuators and other dispensing solutions
across a variety of end markets, announced
that Ethan Zink joined Precision’s
North American Sales Team in October as
Sales Account Manager for the Northeast
Region. Zink is based in the Northeast Region
and reports to Precision’s NA Director of Sales, James Taylor.
He previously served as an Account Manager for Jindal Films
Americas LLC.
The B’laster Corp. appointed Steven
Matchinga as Senior Automotive Segment
Manager. In his new role, Matchinga will be
responsible for the management and growth
of the company’s sales and the launch of new
products into the automotive channel. He
was most recently with Turtle Wax, previously
served as National Accounts Manager
for The Yankee Candle Co. and held various sales roles with
The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co.
Tekni-Plex, Inc. announced the promotion
of Glenn Fish to COO. Previously, Fish was
CFO & Executive VP. Prior to joining Tekni-
Plex three years ago, Fish served as Senior VP,
CFO & Corporate Secretary with Portola
Packaging, Inc. Before that, he spent 12
years with Alcan Packaging where he served
as VP, Finance and VP, Strategy & Business
Development, Food Packaging Americas.

The Estée Lauder Cos. Inc. announced leadership appointments
in two areas of its business: Prestige & Artisanal Fragrances
and the Asia/Pacific region. Effective Jan.1, Fabrice Weber
will be President, Prestige & Artisanal Fragrances and ELC
Ventures. Patrice Béliard has been appointed Senior VP, Global
GM, Aramis & Designer Fragrances (ADF). Mark Loomis has
been appointed President, Asia/Pacific and will join the Executive
Leadership Team. Joy Fan has been promoted to Senior VP,
GM, China. Christopher Wood has been appointed Senior VP,
Asia/Pacific. Daniel Annese, Global Brand President, ADF, has
announced plans to retire in January 2019. Prior to his retirement,
and effective in January 2018, Annese will move into a
new role supporting the international expansion of Smashbox,
GLAMGLOW and BECCA.
TricorBraun announced that Court Carruthers
has become the company’s President
& CEO effective Oct. 30, 2017. He succeeds
the company’s long-serving President &
CEO, Keith Strope, who will become Executive
Chairman. Carruthers has worked with
AEA Investors over the last two years and
has served on TricorBraun’s board of directors
since AEA’s purchase of the company. He previously spent
13 years with W.W. Grainger Inc.
Additionally, Eileen Krumm has joined the company as an
Industrial Designer.
Henkel revealed that the Schwarzkopf professional sales team
in the U.S. will take over the domestic distribution of Alterna
Haircare. As a result, John Fortunato has been appointed GM
