Spanish production shows steady increase… 2015 statistics show more than 3.5% growth in aerosol production 2015 Spanish Aerosol Production in thousands Asociación Española de Aerosoles (AEDA) recently released Spain’s aerosol production statistics for 2015. AEDA estimated a total production for 2015 of 285.6 million units. up more than 3.5% from 275.84 million in 2014. There were gains in every category. The Household category showed the most growth with 5.06%. Insecticides grew 3.92%. Air Fresheners jumped 6.3% and Cleaners/Shoes/Other grew 4.88%. Personal Care products were up 3.54% from 2014. with stable growth in the Shaving Gel/Mousse. Hair Spray. Hair Mousse Deodorants/ Antiperspirants segments. Other products experienced some growth. up 1.34% from 2014. Leading segments included Automotive (2.94%) and Industrial & Technical Products (2.4%).
