New Products • Valve Feeder – mechanical track detent allows for automated Jam clearing, with operational efficiencies of 95% or higher, Dip Tubes up to 8” long at speeds of 350 parts per minute. • Rotary Valve Placer capable of speeds up to 400 cans per minute. Provides a reliable and easy to maintain method for placing all aerosol valves including bag-on-valve, with a 12 inch max dip tube capability. • Can Orientor capable of speeds up to 450 cans per minute. Orients cans and positions them for cap placing that require radial orientation. Custom Machines Haumiller has also been manufacturing custom machines for the aerosol and pump industry since 1968. Machines include valve assembly, actuator assembly, pump assembly, dip tube applicators and leak testing. Speeds range from 100 parts per minute up to 800 parts per minute.
