Regenerative Night Cream is a smooth and silky cream that helps recover skin while sleeping. Ingredients in the cream include Neurophroline, a bioactive fighting skin stress by breaking down the stress hormone (cortisol) production; Unitamuron H-22, a polysaccharide from nature that helps hydrate by decreasing trans-epidermal water loss; and Eau de Source Marine (spring sea water) a deep moisturizer for skin that stimulates hemidesmosome and lipids synthesis. Hallstar New HallBrite EZ-FLO TDX and EZFLO TDX Plus are mineral UV filter systems. These new dispersions pair UV protection with a new patented coating system for improved aesthetics and performance. Ideal for high SPF and PFA applications, they also provide less whitening and a tighter particle size distribution, resulting in a smooth, easily pourable lotion consistency. These dispersions are enhanced with the antiaging, moisturizing and photoprotection benefits of HallBrite BHB. Naturex Naturex launched Cherry Blossom Eutectys BG (INCI: Clycerin/Betaine/ Aqua/Prunus Cerasus flower extract) for application in anti-aging products (anti-wrinkle, anti-photoaging), sensitive skin formulations, alphabet creams and foundations. Cherry Blossom Eutectys BG helps protect and repair skin from premature aging. Eutectys active demonstrated higher activity than standard cherry blossom extract water: glycerin 50:50 and protected the skin from photo-induced (UVA & UVB) damage. Properties include antiphotoaging, firming and regenerating, New Jersey Convention & Expo Center, Edison, NJ calming, antioxidants and barrier repair. Sederma Sederma featured its new active ingredient Citystem, which has been designed to help fight against visible and invisible pollution damage to the skin. Originating from plant cell culture and sustainably produced, Citystem provides a new approach to pollution’s effects on skin, with visible instant and long term cosmetic benefits. Vantage Vantage launched Desert Whale Jojoba Milk, a white, low viscosity liquid with a lightweight elegant feel. It is made using ultrasonic cavitation, a technology that combines high shear with a carefully selected plant-based phospholipid plus natural Desert Whale Jojoba Oil. With this process and choice of lipids, a stable oil-in-water emulsion structure is created with tiny jojoba oil droplets in the range of 110-1000nm, smaller than those found in standard emulsions. The microdroplets of jojoba oil in Desert Whale Jojoba Milk have a very high surface area that improves their absorption into skin and hair. The Desert Whale Jojoba Oil and phospholipids provide hydration, lipid replenishment, non-greasy emolliency, conditioning, softening and smoothing benefits. Wacker Wacker introduced Belsil PF 200, a chemically modified phenyl silicone fluid specifically designed for use in hair care and skin care products, as well as in decorative cosmetics. Belsil is selfemulsifying due to its modified chemical structure: when water is added, it forms a transparent dispersion without the need for an emulsifier. Therefore, Belsil PF 200 provides a way of using the glossenhancing effect of a phenyl silicone fluid in transparent aqueous formulations. Additionally, Wacker launched the active ingredient Belsil REG 1102, which combines the skin sensory properties of non-crosslinked silicone polymers with the film-forming effects of silicone resins. Belsil REG 1102 helps to form a soft, non-sticky, water-repellent film that adheres to the skin and leaves it feeling soft and silky. Included in the Belsil trademark is Belsil DM 5102 E, a silicone fluid emulsion. A low-viscosity liquid with milky white appearance, it is the nonionic finely dispersed emulsion of a highly-silicone fluid in water. The emulsion helps make normal and damaged hair smooth and supple, easier to comb and gives hair a soft feel. Belsil REG 102 leaves skin feeling soft and silky smooth, according to Wacker. It enables end-products to spread more readily over skin and helps provide long-lasting effects by enhancing water and transfer resistance. It remains solid when at rest but undergoes a reversible conversion to a liquid state in response to shear stress. The gel contains cyclopensiloxane, a volatile silicone fluid widely used in the cosmetics sector as a liquid component. When it is applied, the cyclopensiloxane evaporates.
