Superior Shield Hair Spray Conditioner HC-32 Description: Superior Shield Hair Spray Conditioner is designed to protect dry hair and scalp from the environment. LaraCare A200 film forms onto the hair strand, retaining moisture and protecting hair from damage caused by heat. NAB Fennel Seed Extract neutralizes damaging peroxides and free radicals generated by sun exposure. Honeyquat 50 PF helps to smooth strands making dry combing easier and eliminates frizz and puffy edges leaving hair feeling soft and silky. Betafin BP-20 binds to the hair cuticle and has been proven to strengthen breakage resistance. Mikrokill COS protects the integrity of this formulation. Directions: Work into clean hair and scalp. Sift in Stabileze QM polymer and mix until dispersed. Rinse temperature to 75ºC and hold; continue mixing for 45 minutes. Cool batch to 35ºC-40ºC. Prepare Part B in a separate container by adding ingredients individually; mixing until uniform after each addition. Add to Part A, mix until uniform. Premix ingredients from Part C adding ingredients in order listed. Mix well and add to main batch. Adjust pH to pH 7.25+/-0.25 with 50% NaOH solution. Fill and vacuum crimp cans. Pressurize with propellants.
