Disperse the METHOCEL 40-0202 Cellulose Ether into water under fast mixing for a minimum of 20 minutes for homogenization (remains hazy). Add one drop of base (i.e. AMP-ULTRA PC 2000) in order to reach a pH higher than eight and initiate hydration and viscosity development. The solution 30 Spray September becomes instantly crystal clear. Mix about 30 minutes until optimal viscosity is reached. Premix 2: UCARE LK Polymer at 2% solids. Disperse the UCARE LK Polymer into water under fast mixing for a minimum of one hour. Mix until the solution is crystal clear. Note: The premixes can be stored at 4°C for one month with the addition of a biocide (0.5% of NEOLONE PE Preservative) If the premixes are preserved, the level of NEOLONE PE Preservative in the formulation needs to be adjusted in order to have a total of 0.5%. Part A, with mixing: Introduce water and slowly add the ACUDYNE SCP Hair Styling Polymer under stirring. Gradually add Premix 1 (METHOCEL 40-0202) to Part A with mixing. Under stirring, gradually add Premix 2 (UCARE LK Polymer) into the mix (Part A+Premix 1). Add the last elements one at a time: PEG-40 Castor oil, NEOLONE PE Preservative and the perfume. The pH will be about 5.6.
