Kobo’s zinc oxide dispersion, CMX80MZCM is used for slip and spreading. This sunscreen contains Composite ACT-50, a powder containing dispersed attenuation grade TiO2 entrapped within a micron size polymer matrix. It offers high SPF efficacy, low whitening effect and enhanced skin feel during application. SunBoost ATB, a proprietary ratio of anti-oxidants, anti-irritant and antiinflammatory agents, also helps boost SPF. SS4230 gives enhanced skin feel during application, SF1528 is a W/O emulsifier and SFE839 helps the formula to dry down to a silky, powdery feel. Combine Part A ingredients into main tank and homogenize for five minutes. Add Part B to Part A and homogenize for five minutes. In a side container using propeller agitation, mix Part C ingredients until solution is homogenous and clear. Add Part C slowly to main tank under homogenization and mix for five minutes.
