Today, Aerofil has a Lean Continuous Improvement culture with approximately 400 manufacturing associates, and 14 production lines. Aerofil offers a 400,000 square foot state-of-the-art packaging facility featuring 7 aerosol lines, 3 liquid lines and 4 custom special packaging lines. The Aerofil propellant tank farm holds 180,000 gallons of hydrocarbons, DME, 134a, 152a, Nitrogen, CO2, 1234ze, and multiple blends. New Technology In June, we introduce Aerosol Line 7, our newest high-speed aerosol packaging line. Aerosol Line 7 specializes in product utilizing CO2 as the propellant. Aerosol Line 7 will give Aerofil an additional 60 million units of capacity.
