Aerosol Can Manufacturing Facilities Lebanon, KY: Montebello’s newest facility was opened in 2012. This facility consists of 120,000 sq. feet of floor space that is dedicated to aerosol can manufacturing. An additional state-of-the-art aerosol can manufacturing line with 9-color decorating capability will be on-line in September of 2015, giving Montebello an additional 50 million cans of capacity. Our new state-of-the art digital plate making system has also recently been installed in this facility. Harrisonburg, VA: This 187,000 square foot facility manufactures the majority of Montebello’s 25mm, 35mm and 38mm diameter aluminum aerosol cans. Hawkesbury ON: Consisting of 100,000 sq. feet, this facility not only manufactures aluminum aerosol cans, but also houses Montebello’s talented Graphics Team, Administration, Customer Service and Corporate Quality Department. Our rapid prototyping system allows for actual blow-molded samples to be produced within a few days and at minimal cost. Montebello has also recently introduced it’s new proprietary print technology that offers significantly better print quality over our competitors with much less color variation throughout the entire production run and from lot to lot. This new technology provides photo quality printing and enhances our customer’s corporate identity.
